There needs to be total clarity of role. The Management team may need additional training and support as their people management and departmental responsibilities increase.
A Managing Director will manage the day to day running of the business and the Business Owner can reduce their hours, hand over to the next generation or sell.

There is no contracted term for your regular sessions as I believe you will stay as long as you are getting value.
To start seeing results in your business is likely to take 6 to 12 months. If your sessions aren’t covering your investment within 12 months I will pay you the difference, as long as you do what you say you will do.
