My Background

During my 13 years at Arcadia Group Plc I was a Buyer for Burton Menswear’s 3,500 stores managing a department with a £14 million turnover, I was also a Training Manager and refined systems and processes in all aspects of business including finance, imports, distribution and management reporting.

Since March 2012 I have worked with many business owners and managers in small to medium sized businesses across a range of industries including manufacturers, retailers, technology companies, legal service providers and consultants. My clients have won Best Client Results in the South East and Best Retailer in Europe

I have a unique combination of experience and qualifications in successfully developing people and businesses.

More recently I was developing organisational culture, individual and team skills for Europe’s largest construction project; Crossrail. I successfully developed and implemented many initiatives including competency frameworks, systems implementations, coaching & mentoring schemes, training programmes in personal, leadership and management excellence.

On average my clients get 30% increase in turnover and a 50% increase in operating profits, success means different things to different people; to some of my clients being able to take a 2 week holiday is as important than increasing profits – every business is different.
