About Lucy Cameron

I have a commercial background from my time as a Buyer in Arcadia and spent over 20 years heading up the development of people and systems in Arcadia and Crossrail.  I have designed and delivered Leadership and Management training for over 25 years.  I have used Myers Briggs profiling for over 15 years and over the last 10 years moved to DISC as I find it a more flexible development tool for individuals and businesses.

My background in training and coaching enables me to provide clients with a unique blend of Business Coaching, Executive Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership and Personal development training. I am passionate about making positive change in businesses and getting great results for my clients.

Whilst being an ActionCOACH I was a MasterCOACH, coaching and developing other Coaches. I also trained all UK Coaches on DISC, winning multiple awards within that area as well as awards for Best Client Results at National and Regional level

I am Executive Director for the BNI Kent Region, my business partner & I bought the region in 2019. We now have the largest region in the UK & Ireland with 25 groups, over 600 members, passing over £32 million business between our members.  BNI is a great way for me to support the local business community, ensuring they gain both business acumen and a consistent lead funnel

In my spare time I am a Parent Governor for Heathfield Community College looking after Stakeholder Relationships and Finance.  I am also an Ambassador for an amazing childrens charity called Taylor Made Dreams, looking after marketing and communications in the Community Fundraising Committee.  I live in Mayfield with my husband, three children and three dogs.

I have a Masters Degree in Business, honours degree in Social Science and qualifications in Learning and Development Design, Delivery and Management, Myers Briggs, DISC, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Executive and Performance Coaching.
